Miley Cyrus a sărbătorit cea de-a 20-a aniversare a Hannah Montana cu un special pe Disney+, însă nu toți colegii ei de distribuție s-au întors, iar Emily Osment a explicat de ce a lipsit. Potrivit deadline.com, Osment, care a jucat rolul celei mai bune prietene a lui Miley Stewart în serialul de pe Disney Channel, nu a participat nici la premiera specialului și a folosit rețelele sociale pentru a explica absența sa.

„Hannah Montana mi-a schimbat viața, mi-a oferit o apreciere de lungă durată pentru acest mediu de comedie, m-a învățat disciplina, răbdarea, temporizarea și respectul de a lucra într-un spațiu pentru adulți atât de tânără”, a declarat Osment pe Instagram, inclusiv un videoclip în care ea se afla pe platourile de filmare ale sitcomului său de la CBS, Georgia & Mandy’s First Marriage, alături de colegul său de platou, Montana Jordan.
