Insolvență în județul Botoșani: Prestagrozoot SRL și-a cerut falimentul

În comuna Vlăsinești, județul Botoșani, societatea comercială Prestagrozoot SRL a decis să-și ceară insolvența. Firma, care a înregistrat o cifră de afaceri de aproape șapte milioane de lei în 2023, a depus miercuri solicitarea la Tribunalul Botoșani. Administratorul companiei, Vasile Aenachioaie, a inițiat procedura de insolvență.

Interesant este faptul că, în aceeași zi, și compania Cereal Landmar SRL Botoșani, unul dintre creditorii Prestagrozoot SRL, a depus o acțiune similară, cerând la rândul său insolvența firmei din Vlăsinești.

Prestagrozoot SRL este specializată în cultivarea cerealelor (exclusiv orez), plantelor leguminoase și a plantelor producătoare de semințe oleaginoase. În anul 2023, compania a raportat o cifră de afaceri de 6,92 milioane de lei, înregistrând însă o pierdere de 2,79 milioane de lei. Firma are opt angajați.
