Congratulations On Your Purchase has appeared on Steam, and understandably, everyone is simultaneously confused, shocked, angry, baffled, amused, and wondering what’s real and what isn’t. To catch you up, here’s Steam‘s official description for Congratulations On Your Purchase: ‘The most expensive game on Steam.
