Profi Izo.Bek SRL va construi un nou cartier în Botoșani

O firmă din Botoșani a anunțat inițierea lucrărilor pentru un nou cartier rezidențial în municipiul reședință. Societatea comercială Profi Izo.Bek SRL, controlată de omul de afaceri Benjamin Prisacariu, va construi pe strada Peco un număr semnificativ de 30 de case, conform botosaninews.ro.

👉 Suprafața de teren și documentația pentru construcții

Profi Izo.Bek SRL deține pe strada Peco, la numerele 70-70A, o suprafață de 9.971 metri pătrați de teren, pe care are în plan să ridice noul complex rezidențial. Firma a depus deja la Primăria Botoșani documentele necesare pentru obținerea autorizațiilor de construcție.

Lansarea construcției este estimată pentru primăvara acestui an, cu un termen de finalizare preconizat pentru 2027.

👉 Investiții imobiliare anterioare și așteptările locuitorilor

Aceasta va fi a doua investiție imobiliară pe care Profi Izo.Bek SRL o derulează pe strada Peco, după ce în luna noiembrie 2024 au fost date în folosință alte 50 de case. Proiectele reflectă angajamentul firmei în a contribui la dezvoltarea sectorului rezidențial din Botoșani.

Pe măsură ce proiectul avansează, localnicii așteaptă cu interes realizarea acestui nou cartier, care promite să aducă îmbunătățiri semnificative zonei.

The old platform, MyEdDebt, will remain operational until the transition is complete, the document said."ED, in partnership with Treasury, continues to make significant investments to improve borrower experience," the Education Department spokesperson told Business Insider.While all non-defaulted federal student-loan operations are facilitated through Federal Student Aid's main website — from enrolling in new repayment plans to getting updates on coming changes — defaulted student-loan borrowers are required to go to a separate platform to seek assistance on repayment.That extra step can be confusing because, even if a borrower has an account with Federal Student Aid, they would have to create a new account with MyEdDebt to resolve their defaulted student loans.
